My new computer monitor arrived yesterday. It is an hp computer monitor with 24″ for maximum screen space. Pretty much feels like working with two 19″ monitors only that you got everything on one screen now. One thing that I noticed after connecting the new computer monitor to my computer system was that the quick launch bar was missing from the Windows Taskbar.

One usability addition to Windows Vista was the so called Windows Game Explorer that would display all installed Windows Vista games in one menu. It would not only display the usual Microsoft games that ship with the Windows operating system but also games installed by the user of the computer system. Previously installing games meant to have their links scattered around in the Windows Start Menu with the only option to manually move them into a folder to have them all together.

Firefox Bookmarks: Reset Special Folders

Firefox 3 introduced several special folders for Firefox bookmarks management, among them the Unsorted Bookmarks, Most Visited, Recently Bookmarked and Recent Tags folders. Unsorted Bookmarks is being used to store new bookmarks that have been added to Firefox by clicking on the star in the Firefox address bar. In case you have done that and could not find the bookmarks afterwards; That’s where you have to look. It is only visible in the Bookmarks Manager.
